hi, im new here. and i've been trying to install the 128x128 "recomended" texture pack but it wont work.

i tried looking at the (what i assume is supposed to be) instillation tutorial, https://bdcraft.net/community/pbdc-help/ ... html#p4213 "

but that collapsed mess doesn't tell me anything. it expects me to know everything about this subject when i know nothing about it.

from what i could find there is no simple step 1 to ??? in installing.

i did all i could https://i.imgur.com/1vUHwu6.png and it still wont come up in minecraft. i had it in there once, and moved it over to "selected resource packs" but no textures was applied in game so i deleted everything and tried again. now i'm at the image i just linked.

any help IN LAYMANS TERMS will be very appreciated.

Your setup is wrong. All those files in your screenshot need to either be in a .zip (like the one you downloaded) or in a folder called something such as "sphax".

If, when you move it to the selected side, it doesn't load it's likely because you don't have enough RAM assigned to Minecraft. To assign more you'll need to read this simple guide: https://bdcraft.net/community/pbdc-help/ ... am-t2.html

If that still doesn't work (or you can't assign more RAM for whatever reason) you'll need to use lower resolution textures such as 64x or 32x.
