Is it possible to use the customizer on bedrock?

Nope.
The Java customiser uses mostly small json files to make the changes, which is a system that Bedrock doesn't support.

Now we can do like json on java, but all is in the same file (if i remember).

After check, it only can be applied on blocks and entities, but not items.
