Please Re-add legacy Sounds and Music Packs

There are no packs before 1.11 on for either BDcraft Sounds Pack or BDcraft Music Pack. I would like to not have to change the pack format manually. I also believe that some sounds were added/changed in those versions and I want the pack to be compatible. Please consider my request.

I noticed there was an unused zip for 1.6 - 1.8, so I added that.
However, as I can't verify 1.9 & 1.10 those versions will be missing.
