XP bar bug - Resource pack setting

Disabling the "Require players to accept resource packs to join" check box under Resource Packs, breaks the XP bar (and the loading bar) It displays in segments when empty, only displaying complete when full.

Odd. If it can't be replicated under any other circumstances than just when the option is unchecked it sounds like it's a game bug.
Do any of these other reports sound similar to what you're experiencing:

I couldn't find anything that seemed to match. Its not a big deal. Most of the time, my friends and I play on either a java or bedrock server I host. We just happened to do a play through of cobble clicker which cannot be hosted on a dedi and has to be hosted by 1 of the players. 1 friend did not have the BDcraft textures for bedrock and was getting the RTX lag with dropped items so I tried disabled the resource pack option and that's when I noticed the bar issue.
