just wanted to put a headsup to someone. ive used sphax pack since shortly after it was first made, so i immediatly recognised the textures this mobile game was using, even if theyve been modified. my suspicions were confirmed when i saw this skeleton head with the sphax logo on it. not sure if anyone can do much about it but using the logo on top of barely modified textures is pretty brazen to me, and doesnt seem to fit into fair use.

Whilst, yes, it breaches our copyright (and lots of other texture packs', too) Sphax hasn't taken any action against it. This doesn't make it okay, and if people want to use BDcraft textures they should always seek written consent first (especially if they're trying to make money like this app does).

If you've downloaded it leave a review stating it uses textures without the creators' consent, at least then other users will know (and maybe even the app devs will do something about it themselves ).

yeah. really doesnt sit right with me. hell, it even breaches mojang/microsofts copyright by using names and concepts from the main game. they kept creeper, blaze, and wither, but changed slime to slug for some reason, which i thought was amusing. one of the monsters that arent copyright, they changed. idiots. xD
