im not a massive fan of the glow lichen texture as it looks very similar to diamonds from a distance. would love an alternative in the customizer!

Got a suggestion for an alternative?

perhaps something a bit more similar to the original colour (grey/pale blue), the actual texture isn't too much of an issue, just the colour.

So basically the glow lichen from VanillaBDcraft?

I can add it to Customiser, sure, but it won't be available until MC1.19, but for now you could copy it from VBC.
