Commissioning a mod patch

Is this something that is within the rules/ can be negotiated? I rarely play minecraft without bdcraft anymore, and hate that only a few artists are regularly making patches for mods. So the thought occured to me that while I don't have the skills to contribute artistically i do have funds to make the time spent making certain patches worthwhile. Is this something that's doable?

You aren't allowed to use this forum to publicly negotiate paying for patches. It's a tricky legal position to be in to allow such things to happen on a website... what if someone doesn't pay, or the work never arrives, or the patch created is just generally poor quality? We don't want to have to deal with that in the community.

Also it technically breaches our Terms of Use of the resourcepack as it would fall close to whoever fulfils commissions that they're using the pack for commercial purposes or monetizing the pack.

Ultimately making patches/textures for PureBDcraft isn't that hard. The designs are relatively simple, using few colours, or special techniques. There are plenty of resources on the forum to see how things are created and to get started making things yourself.

Even if you just took some existing textures are recoloured them that'd be better than nothing.

That is perfectly fair, which is why I figured it would be best to ask first. I know the style isn't THAT hard per se but I am frequently away on business and have more money than time you could say. Thank you for a quick response!
