Super Low FPS Fixed Yet on PureBD Craft?

I've finally found the first texture pack I've seen used in minecraft but now it seems to be broken with RTX cards, has there been any updates on this fix? Its disappointing after all this time it turns out I can't even use this resource pack.

This has to be Texture pack related, i have a 9900x and 2080ti with 16gb's dedicated to minecraft out of 64gb at 4000MHZ total and can't use anything above 128x as it will go to horrible rates. and it seems other people have the same exact problem. Also Using Optifine as recommended with no shaders active but don't see any improvement.

It's actually a Nvidia issue, not a resourcepack issue as it only affects Nvidia users.
The linked thread states more than just using OptiFine. Have you tried the extra steps?
