Hello I have a big problem with pure bd craft on the switch. I bought it in october 2021 I haven't played the game for several months I restarted minecraft a little while ago and my texture pack has disappeared from my purchases. It's like I never bought it because the market shows me the 660 coins to get it, I didn't touch anything on my account or my console but I hope I can be helped here it's the only one of my purchases that disappeared totally. Thank you in advance for your help

We don't have access to purchase records, so can't verify anything. It's entirely Mojang's responsibilty. They're obliged to help you legally as the company selling the products.
