Pack not fully loading on Bedrock

Recently i tried to show a friend the differences between GrungeBDcraft vs PureBDcraft. After switching back to my preferred pack and i noticed that some of the blocks were a mix of both the BDcraft textures and after deleting the packs and the game and re-downloading the problem still persists

You should check both your World and your Global settings to make sure no packs are loaded in either places.
Maybe even try removing the packs fully via Options > Storage and re-downloading.

I have tried both options and the problem still persists and now some of the blocks are showing the standard Minecraft texture along with the mix of PureBDcraft and Grungecraft

This doesn't really make sense and definitely isn't an issue with the packs as we don't do anything special that would have them persist in any form after deletion.
I can't see similar issues on the official Bug Tracker, so I suggest you open a new Bug Report there:
