Customized Texture Pack Problems, 1.19.4

I just downloaded the customizer texture pack and when I loaded it into my game, it didn't work for me. It either has vanilla textures or no textures. It said invalid error 1282 I believe, and I don't know how to fix it. I'm playing on optifine 1.19.4 on regular java minecraft and downloaded the pack as 1.19 and I'm not sure if I missed something that needed to go with it. I checked some other forums that had a similar issue but it was slightly different so it didn't help me that much. Please help and thank you
