Millénaire is a mod for Minecraft, a 3D sandbox game. It aims to fill the "emptyness" of Minecraft worlds by adding NPC villages to it, with loose 11th-century Norman, Japanese and Mayan themes and additional cultures planned.

2018 Jul 14: Fixed byzantine icon item textures.
2018 Jul 01: Added sideways timber frame textures (for timber frame stairs/slabs).

That's not too surprising. The devs posted one version of the mod for 1.7.10 back in 2014, which is kinda buggy, and no updates at all since then. However, some players have been clamoring for a 1.7-compatible texture patch, so I went ahead and restructured oblisgr's textures into a proper resource pack.

Okay, I just glanced in the Millenaire forums, and it seems the mod isn't as abandoned as I thought, based on this thread:

It'll probably still be a few months minimum before a new version is released, though.

Millénaire now has a 1.12 version (technically it has been up to "beta" status for a little over a week), and I have gone ahead and made an updated version of the patch - no new textures, just a few files renamed (and possibly some moved) and the pack format set so it will be recognized as valid for 1.12.

I have updated the 1.12 texture pack (same link), so more of the textures work now. Some of them had not been renamed to match what the Millenaire betas use now, such as the byzantine tiles. However, several of the amulets have now been split into multiple files in the base mod, which I have not tackled, and I haven't figured out why byzantine icons in item form aren't picking up the texture from this resource pack.

Edit: looking at the preview screenshots I had made for the 1.7.10 version of the pack, I realized that with the 1.12 pack, mud bricks were using the wet brick texture instead of the dried texture, and that is fixed now, plus the interim textures (for partially-dried mud bricks) have high-res textures now.

Is there texture viewer for entity, im going to complete this project around NPC. Most 3d model viewer i test only work for 16x16. Its really hard working around npc model. And this pack only have norman armor model

since no one bother making NPC for this mods i think ill continue it
there few progress, not ready yet maybe 30% entire Entity NPC
using resource from work-progress-f8/noppes-custom-npc-mod-172-t2221.html
there a lot work to be done, re-trace all old PNG to vector, redone it manually via photoshop, cleaning bad shadow, pixel checking because 1 transparent bad pixel can mess the texture model
im going to talk it later when all finished, and asking OP MauveCloud to renew the few old items with more better sphax texture

can someone teach me work with shadow in these model? 25% transparancy making it full black in game

110 hours fly doing this, after finishing all npc, maybe finishing uncomplete items, gui and the rest
