Sorry - I suck at this - is there a way to "fix" this easily or does there need to be a new texture for the stainedglass panes now? I saw what you were talking about, but, as I have 0 experience or knowledge in actually texturing, I'd butcher it even trying LOL However, if there's a "copy/paste" type method within the .png files, I could do that! Some of the GUIs names were changed to the longer version
dsu.png > deepstorageunit.png
lavafab.png > lavafabricator.png
oilfab.png > oilfabricator.png
The textures/blocks/tile.mfr.stainedglass.pane.* files are redundant now and the glass is colored in the coding, there's a template for the stainedglass for borders etc now.
LightHero if you add this png to your mfr texture pack under assets\minefactoryreloaded\textures\blocks and call it "tile.mfr.stainedglass"

Scales the pic is 1024 x 1024 and for a 128x pack. I only make stuff for 128x as most of these textures will be put into packs. And these days packs are getting extremely large so I don't see the point in anything larger. Yes 256x and 512x looks great but you need a very expensive computer to run it and your average person doesn't spend that kind of money just to play minecraft.
LightHero all I did is pull the assets folder out of the mod and copied across what I had from 1.5 making sure not to add anything that was not needed and renamed as required. Then I went through and did the glass texture as above. Then I rezipped it and added it to my pack.
