Potential Backport of Quartz Texture

For years, I have hated using quartz because I can't stand the fact that it had no connected texture. However, in the newest packs, a connected texture has been created, and I think it looks wonderful. I have manually moved it to my 1.12.2 pack, but obviously, I can't add it to a publicly downloadable patch.

Could you guys consider updating the 1.12.2 pack with this backported CTM quartz or allow me to release it as a "Newer CTM for older versions" pack?

This is now done for MC1.12 and MC1.13 (not including 512x as I'm not sure how close they were to being maxed out).

Let me know if there are any issues as I didn't test it :smile_cat:

Ah, for MC1.12 I just forgot to change the path of the corners to be "blocks".

I also updated the textures for the quartz_block to match MC1.14 as I recall doing some tweaks to them for better tiling.
