Can someone please make a Grunge pack that has all the music and sounds in it?
I need it for my server and I can't seem to get it working
.

Your server needs to be private or whitelist only otherwise you'd be breaking the
License by redistributing the texture and music packs.
So you need to confirm that before receiving any help.

Luckily my server is private!
Does it have to be whitelisted? I locally host it and only give my IP to my close friends but I don't use a whitelist due to UUID reasons (I use Bukkit/Spigot 1.7.9).
I use texture pack changer for bukkit to change my texture pack but obviously I can't use it until I figure out how to combine the packs successfully, provided that I don't do something stupid (I do that a lot).

As long as you aren't giving out the IP publicly, it's fine.
To have a fully working pack all you need is to get the GrungeBDcraft pack, PureBDcraft pack and then the music/sound pack.
You then just need to drag/drop everything from GrungeBDcraft and music/sound in to PureBDcraft and then delete /assets/minecraft/mcpatcher/ctm from the combined PureBD pack.
You require PureBD as well because GrungeBD isn't complete. You also need to delete that ctm folder otherwise when you connect iron, etc. it'll revert to default textures if you use Optifine/MCPatcher (because GrungeBD doesn't have any connected textures yet).
Hopefully that all makes sense.
No one can make the pack for you because that would breach the license.
