3D blocks and damaged items addons are unavailable for download. After fighting with the popups and ads, I come to a page that says I don't have access to this section. Is there another way to download those? Maybe someone can just upload a temporary file elsewhere?

Any particular links you're having issues with? I tested 3D Blocks MC1.13 and MC1.12 and they are still there and work fine (tested in a Private tab).
Usually when someone has issues it's because at some level they have software (built in browser settings, firewall, antivirus, malware blocker) or an addon (Privacy Badger, NoScript) that's blocking cookies.
If you can't figure out what's wrong on your end and still need a temporary upload you'll need to ask a friend to do it. As if anyone posted the link publicly here they'd be breaking the Terms of Use you and they agreed to on the download page.

I tried again and this time it worked. Maybe I should have done this before I made a thread but issue solved
