Old textures

im trying to get old textures like the old Redstone textures and such but for 1.12.2 where can I find it cause I don't really like the new Redstone liquid texture... I preferd the old version ^~^

To get old liquid textures for mods you'd need to look through old patches: releases-for-mods-f9/patch-index-search ... -t185.html

I'd suggest you try Thermal Expansion and Thermal Foundation.

how would I know which is the correct one and such cause I'm playing 1.12.2 and from what I know from seeing YouTube videos its a much older one. also how do I put it in to fix and such ?

You would need to open the old patches, look through the files, and then copy the files you want to whatever patch you're trying to make/use.

They're zips so I'm pretty sure Windows can handle it in File Explorer with drag/drop.
