Hello Guys. I dont know were i have to post this Thread so i do it here.
Me and a friend want to edit sphax and change some textures of it. We like this texture pack so we wont edit all blocks and items. We do it for a server called donkeygames.net. There are playing more than 1000 players a day and many of these guys want a edited texturepack. I will change some startscreen textures some blocks and some skins of this texture pack. If im agreed to change some textures i will make a extra file called Sphax Purebdcraft. And there are all informations about this site and the text file of the old Sphax PureBDcraft.
I hope you can help me and allow me to change some things. We dont earn some money for changing textures we make it for free!!!

It's against the
Terms of Use to create remix packs or to edit and redistribute the pack in any way.
You can however make a patch to overwrite assets that can be loaded above the main PureBDcraft pack in the resourcepacks screen.

So if i change all blocks etc i can upload it? Do i have to change it "extremely" that you cant seethe old texture pack?

If you were to make an entirely 100% new pack, but intended to still do it in a PureBDcraft style you'd need Sphax's explicit permission as you'd be stepping on his intellectual property.
If that's definitely what you intend to do (which would take weeks if not months of work) you'd need to contact Sphax directly and see what he says. You can either PM Sphax on the forum, or tweet @Sphax84.
Baring in mind, if all you did was release a small patch to change the few textures you wanted to change that'd be okay as long as you don't redistribute any of the PureBDcraft resourcepack assets.

So if i change 10 blocks and the panorama and 2 skins is this okay? If this okay i can upload it or not?

Not as an completed Textture-Pack.
But as an Modifikation to the Texture-Pack, like the many Mod-Texture-Packs in the Forum, this will not be any Problem.
