Question about some of the screenshots

I've seen this in several of BDcraft screenshots. Screenshots of smooth edges for hand-held items like pickaxes and swords, no pixels at all. Here is an example of what I'm talking about.

How do I get my tools to look like that? Is it a mod or a program or something? Please help me out! I've been trying to figure out how to do this for the last several hours and haven't found anything yet.

Any help would be much appreciated ^^ I really want my pickaxe to look like that one in the screenshot

Like it says in the picture (and surrounding that picture) those are the textures for a game called "MineTest": https://minetest.net/

It has a much better way of rendering than the normal Minecraft does and does 256x/512x HD textures without completely strangling your PC.

Oh okay thank you. I already checked out minetest but it didn't seem like it was what I was looking for. Thanks for pointing me back into that direction ^^ I'll check it out some more.

You can try to use the 512x version of PureBDcraft for Minecraft to smooth everything.
If it doesn't work, you can try using the 512x512 items only on a 128x version (by mixing the versions).
