I agree, it's probably best to include "Ex Nihilo" somewhere in the thread title. (I only stumbled across this thread by accident, after looking for Ex Nihilo without finding it.)
And these textures
are great! I love the Sand textures, especially, since it's rare to see truly unique styles for ore/mineral blocks.

I've updated my downloads with modified versions of the dust block and item textures. This should make them different to the thermal expansion dust and stop any confusion. Any feedback would be great. If people are happy with the changes I'll update Ex Aliquo tomorrow.

Fixed. Turns out it was always there. Was in the original download I got. Good spot.

Could you make an orange like dust (maybe optional patch) for use with the crash landing mod pack.

As I was asked to make a 1.7.10 for the new Ex Astris mod I thought I may as well update this patch too.
The way this patch now does the colouring for the different dusts, gravel and sand is using a grey colur and then adjusting it accordingly. I have made the patch using the greys provided and it does produce some slightly different colours to what we are used to, but not so bad as you can't tell what it is.
I also changed the dust blocks to be like the blocks used in the Crash Landings patch.
Ex Nihilo Ver 1.3.7 for MC 1.7.10
Enjoy

Novamanga, with those links does that mean this patch is done (at least for 1.7.10)?
