If you're using MC1.6: Drag/drop the assets folder to your main resourcepack.
If you're using MC1.7: Place the downloaded zip in to your resourcepacks folder and select from the Resource Packs screen within Minecraft.

also i have to ask something else!!the version of the experimental that you have on top that says it is for mc version 1.6/1.7 is it compatible for any version of experimental below ??i mean previous versions!!

it still crash!!what version of ic2 do you suggest for mc 1.6.4 to use which is compatible with sphax patch?

Experimental was only ever available for MC1.6 and 1.7.
If you need older versions you need one of the other patches.

the game won't load when i patch the main resource pack with the 1.6 version patch you have uploaded!!i dont know why!!

Sometimes there are dns/server issues on the hosts side. It should work after a while.

Will you Update the experimantal version to maybe the newest version?
(I know there are a plenty of updates each week
)
