Environmental Tech

I've never seen a Sphax texture pack thread for Environmental Tech, but it must have existed at some point as it was textured in 1.10.x in the FTB Beyond pack. I've used those textures throughout all my other packs when ever I added Envirotech, but this new 1.16 update just changes too much.

There are some old bits in the Feed the Beast: Beyond viewtopic.php?t=6121 pack that may be re-useable.
