Please Help!!

So I downloaded Sphax for 1.6 (x128) and I have everything checked on McPatcher, My problem is that when I'm playing the game Glass Blocks are invisible (I can't see the blocks at all except for the black outline), yet Glass Panes I can see.... Please help?!!????

I'm running Minecraft 1.6.2 and MCPatcher 4.1.0_03, it works for me.
Make sure you have the most recent version of MCPatcher, there was an issue with connected textures, glass and glass panes in a previous version.
