Each time I try to start up my MInecraft (the game, not the launcher), it crashed and I was wondering if there was a way to fix that.

You're running out of RAM. Try assigning more.
When using Optifine an extra 1000 or so textures are loaded due to connected textures.
If you cannot supply more RAM try to delete the /assets/minecraft/mcpatcher/ctm/clay folder from the resourcepack.
If that doesn't help try the entire ctm folder. If that still doesn't work use lower resolution textures again having to delete the ctm folders as necessary.
