Invisible textures

I'm playing on a FTB Revelation server running Minecraft 1.12 and for some reason all the sudden all grass blocks are clear and the birch steps and slabs have texture issues. Any clue what could be causing these issues and how I could fix it. I have tried uninstalling/deleting and re-downloading both the texture pack and Minecraft.

I assume its the foamfix issue.
