Missing top-layer texture for Grass Blocks [1.12.2] [PureBDCraft]

I'm having some issues with installing the texture pack, when I try to install the base 64x Texture Pack, the dirt top layer does not have a texture. I have tried a lower resolution as well as a higher one, no matter what I do, the top of the grass blocks is not textured. When Snow is on top of the grass block, it displaye grass on the side, but as soon as I break the snow, the top texture vanishes.
I'll post some screenshots as soon as I'm back home.

This sounds like the issue with Foamfix which has been ongoing for a while. Really needs to get fixed by the Foamfix dev :\
