I was browsing similar apps to Minecraft PE on my Android phone and noticed an app that used a texture from Sphax's texture pack. Could they get in trouble for that? Here's a picture of the app: https://imgur.com/UTQKU2V

It's not really allowed as it's technically copyright infringement, but it's not much of a big deal if he's not actually using any of Sphax's textures in the pack itself.

Drop a comment on the download, maybe he'll change the icon.
