half uploaded texture pack

Hi. When i downloaded this texture pack and tried to use it I got this weird bug where it was only used on liquids and a few blocks while everything else remained vanilla. I tried re downloading MC, updating MCpatcher and optifine and re downloading the texture pack but this made my MC crash and not even work. Sorry I dont have any pics to show about this but but im really mad since i wanted to use it on tekkit....
