Can you customize your pureBDcraft on bedrock?

I know that you can customize the pureBDcraft for the Java version, for example, the look of the villagers, and I was wondering if it's possible to do the same on bedrock too

No.

The Java customiser works by having all the textures already in the main pack and then remapping them with simple text model files. Bedrock doesn't have that system.
