My worry is I will be searching and something from that page will come up inevitably crashing me. I have experimented with all three available resolutions, incorporated OptiFine, and even applied the extrautilities patch, assuming it might be the root cause, given its presence on the relevant page. I request any insights or advice, as the default appearance of Minecraft is too harsh on my eyes, making this endeavor even more frustrating.
