Sphax won't load

So I've put together a sphax pack for a modpack I am playing but when I try to load it up it just doesn't. I've tried many things such as removing the clay file inside ctm and giving my minecraft more ram.
Do you know if there is something else I am missing?? I really want sphax for this and for other people it works fine but for me it does not. The pack is in 64x and I have had other sphax packs that do work with same resolution.

If it doesn't work and you can't give more RAM you'll need to use lower resolution textures.

Okay that's a shame. But what I don't get is that another one with 64x does work. But thanks for your fast reply

Sadly no 2 packs are the same.
