Connected Textures and Random Mobs

Does the newest pack come with these things? I have Optifine and I put connected textures and random mobs on, but I don't see any changes. I need help. If there is anything else I need to do, tell me.

No, it doesn't. This has been answered numerous times on the forum already.

It is coming "soon".

If you really want them right now you can copy the mcpatcher folder from the MC1.7 resourcepack to the MC1.8 pack.
