Sphax License Question

Ive created a ResourcePack and im used the Items
of the Sphax ResourcePack,
and would ask if ill get a approval to use them,

You can use it privately (and send it privately to your friends).

You can not under any circumstances share it publicly.

If you send it to him privately via IM or Private Message he can use it on his videos.

You just cannot give a public link to it that anyone can access and neither can he.

but its a resourcepack contest and it would cost a lot of time to replace the entire textures :/

Public remix packs are strictly prohibited. Publicly linking to zips that include any unmodified textures is strictly prohibited.

Also, it's not much of a contest if all you're doing is taking other people's textures now is it? You're just winning from other people's work. That's just lazy.
