Im sure I am missing something obvious here, but I just downloaded the 128x 6.2 (I did it twice, to make sure I clicked the right one) and when I go to select the texture pack in minecraft it says "incompatible" next the name. Underneath it says "MC 1.4", how do I update it?. Thanks for any help with this.
Nevermind, I figured it out, I am an idiot. I would delete this post if I could.

All the links are working correctly and pointing to the right version of the files, so what version of Minecraft are you actually using?
The latest version of the texturepack only works with MC1.6 and higher.

I think you simply forgot to delete the old version you used?
