Refunds / Missing Purchases

BDcraft cannot issue any refunds for purchases made via the Minecraft marketplace.

If you want a refund for any reason or you're missing a purchase please contact Minecraft's Customer Support.

Some Textures Aren't Styled

Bedrock releases on a fairly swift cycle sometimes, and getting the pack through the Quality Assurance can take time as well as textures themselves taking time to make.

We update as fast as we can and will generally announce an update via the pack's Twitter page and Discord.

Crashes / Changing Texture Resolution

The game is meant to detect your device's memory limits and pick the correct texture resolution for your device, but it doesn't always get it right which may lead to the game crashing.

To rectify the issue manually, you'll need to follow these simple steps:
  1. Open the game
    1. If you want to set the pack globally open the game's Options and navigate to Global Resources
    2. If you want to set the pack on a specific world (including Downloaded Realms worlds) go to the Worlds Screen, click the Pen icon on the relevant world and find Resource Packs
  2. Find the pack in the My Packs section, select it, and click Activate
  3. Expand the Active section and select the pack
  4. Hit the Cog icon
  5. Move the slider to a lower number
  6. Accept the settings and let the pack load
    • If the resolution fails to visually change try restarting the client

Pack states it has an "Update", but clicking the button doesn't work

  1. Open the game's Options
  2. Select "Storage"
  3. Find the pack(s) and delete them from your device
    • At this point you may need to fully kill the application and restart it
  4. Go back to the Marketplace and re-download the packs

Stuck at 64x resolution on Realms

There's a bug in Realms that Mojang have refused to fix for years where the game doesn't pick a suitable resolution for a client automatically when joining a Realm.

To workaround this the packs are set to 64x as a default resolution. Whilst this isn't ideal it should stop most of the crashes when low-powered devices join your Realm and give a generally okay visual experience.

Mojang suggest disabling forcing packs on Realms, then at least you should be able to use a resourcepack globally at the desired resolution and have low-powered clients still join your Realm.

Broken / Purple & Black textures on Realms

Generally this happens when a realm you're playing on seems to be forcing out of date resources.

Either you, or someone else, can follow these steps to try and rectify the issue:
  1. Download the world (Realm Settings → Game → Download World)
  2. Apply the resource pack
  3. Upload the world (Realm Settings → Game → Replace World)

Unable to use 256x on consoles

Bedrock relies heavily on available system memory to use higher resolution textures. Due to this only desktop computers can run our packs in 256x due to their less confined memory uses.

High-end consoles currently share their memory as both system and graphics memory, so when a console says it has 16GB of memory this is really split in some way between the two. Whereas a high-end PC will likely have 16GB+ of system memory and 8GB+ of dedicated graphics memory.

Device Specific Issues

Nintendo Switch
  • Can't Install Pack -- Error Stating "Not Enough Space"
    • This seems to be a bug effecting some users. Sadly we're unaware of a fix.
      If you experience this issue you should add your voice to the official Mojang bug tracker:
    • Mojang have decided this is "Fixed" as it's a limitation on the Switch (that games can only use 2GB of storage)
  • Can't Install Pack -- Error Stating "Not enough space to download"
