Addons from java to bedrock

Are there any plans to include add-ons from the java version to bedrock ?
e.g. The Technology add-on made Redstone 100 times more presentable.

Most of the Addons can't be ported over as Bedrock doesn't have the same sort of modelling system that Java does for blocks and items.
