Hotbar and icons not working?

I downloaded the 128 pixels for 1.19 and when i used it my hotbar and hearts and hunger ect. was not changing everything else worked fine though any answers?

Is this Java or Bedrock? What's the filename of the file you downloaded?

it is java and the file name is PureBDcraft 128x MC119.zip

That's pretty odd. Can you post your latest.log from your logs folder which is found alongside the resourcepacks folder?

The issue is that in MC1.20 all the UI stuff has been split up into single sprite files.
Mojang have a tool for migrating the old UI to the new UI:
https://github.com/Mojang/slicer
You'll need to work it out yourself though, as obviously these changes are in the MC1.20 version of the pack which will be available freely in time.
