custom pureBDcraft on 1.19.2

I have been trying to load a customized pack of PureBDcraft for 1.19.2 for the past hour now and no matter what I have tried it just wont load. It still has all vanilla textures when I get into game. I also have a outdated mod addon for oh the biomes youll go, and a correct version for pams harvestcraft, both of which load textures just fine. but all vanilla blocks remain vanilla textures. I have tried finding some information on this and I found something stating that only 1.19.4 is supported now is that true? is there a workaround for this? seems kind of silly to not have previous versions available somewhere.

The only difference between the latest MC1.19 pack and 1.19.2 is a few UI things.

Have you actually installed the base PureBDcraft texturepack? The Customiser addon includes very few textures and requires the main pack to work correctly.
